I've had a sore throat and sneezy, runny nose for a few days. :( I've been sleeping with a humidifier, tried a vaporizer, having hot water, cold water, salt water, allergy pills, anti congestion medicine... any other ideas I should try? Realizing I haven't tried a spoonful of honey yet, so I'll do that soon 🍯
Fun fact: the throat is metaphysically (and literally) associated with speaking, especially speaking truth. I've had throat pain or discomfort disappear when I spoke what I was holding back. Sadly that hasn't helped this time :P
