

Happy Monday! Today was 6 sets of power snatches and then “Flip side” wod. Snatches still need lots of work. Somehow I find it hard to squat with bar overhead, even though I normally have great squat position mobility. 🤔 WOD was hard but I could definitely have scaled it harder since the time limit was 11 mins and I did it in 9 mins. I should perhaps start to do the higher end options for ergs and burpees.
