



I’m a big proponent of regular Sauna use. I started using my gym’s sauna a few years ago and I love it! Do your own research and see what benefits you may enjoy. I currently go for 19 minutes, twice a week. I had to work my way up to 19 mins, as it does get difficult after about 10 mins. Questions? Ask in the comments.
