

Health is personal, but I’m ready to share more 🥦Some of you know this already, some might’ve just been distracted by my... 🍑 But here’s the truth: I’ve fallen deep into nutrition lately. What started as “I should probably eat more greens” turned into late-night lectures, saved PDFs, and a totally new way of loving my body with curiosity and respect (and yeah, still dessert).I’m not here counting almonds or preaching celery sticks. But I do care about what goes into me: food, energy, effort… sometimes trouble, but mostly the good kind 😏I’ve found real joy in walking everywhere, moving my body, lifting heavy things (including my mood), learning, and actually listening to what I need.
